biginners styleand dilemma

I have heatrd of blogs and do not know what thes are , why to have one, why not to have, and tell others , or show off. Let me try if is of any use . i do not know how to allow, disallow , help, get distroed keep safe etc and use this for any purpose. It will remain on trial basis for few days to get some ideas or to crystallise the ideas.
